10 Week Challenges throughout the year!

Throughout the year we run a variety of 8-week, 10-week and 12-week challenges to motivate and help members focus on and reach the goals that are important to them!

WHAT RESULTS CAN YOU EXPECT FROM DOING A CHALLENGE?

Each time we run a challenge, our members lose body fat, they gain muscle, increase their strength, improve their cardio fitness, drop dress/clothes sizes and their body shape changes, becoming leaner and gaining that "toned" look.   But on top of all that, we also have a mindset/psychology component that members get to experience.  At the end of our last round, our challengers reported having  21%-40% more body confidence, having 20-42% more energy, felt 20%-43% stronger and were 22%-57% happier with their current fitness level compared to how they felt about themselves on day 1.  

So what's included in the challenge?
  1. 1 hour Semi-Private PT session each week for you and up to 2 others in your timeslot
  2. Challenge Welcome Booklet and pre-challenge tasks
  3. Weekly mindset emails from Dietician / Nutritionist using the Non-Diet Approach (mindful eating) - optional, but highly recommended
  4. Before & After Fitness Testing, measurements, photos (optional)
  5. Goal setting task to map out how to be successful on this challenge
  6. Meal plan & recipe ideas 
  7. Private Facebook Group for Challengers only 
  8. Prizes for 1st & 2nd most improved announced at End of Challenge Awards Night
