This session will help you end your week on a high note with short bursts of high intensity body weight exercises, a strength component as well as incorporating cardio-based exercises such as jogging, sprinting, skipping - all those awesome exercises to get your heart rate up and help you feel unstoppable! By the end of this session, you'll feel energized, empowered, and ready to take on whatever the weekend throws at you.

From Murphy Road, turn into the Marchant Park entrance and drive up the driveway. Oval #1 is first on your left and oval #10 is further up near the cricket buildings.
Friday & Saturday's Oval # 9 can be accessed from Murphy Road. Just past the Kittyhawk Drive traffic lights, turn left into the carpark entrance and drive up to the car parking next to Oval #9.
Oval #8 is along Ellison Road, opposite where Gambia Street starts and you can park on the side of the road a bit further up from the oval on the peak of the small hill.
RAINY WEATHER LOCATION: If it's raining heavily, stay tuned to our VIP Members Group as we will train you in the undercover areas on oval 4, oval 5 or oval 10.
