12 Week Challenges throughout the year!

Throughout the year we run a variety of 12-week challenges to motivate & help members focus on and reach the goals that are important to them!

WHAT RESULTS CAN YOU EXPECT FROM DOING A CHALLENGE?

Each time we run a challenge, our members lose body fat, they gain muscle, increase their strength, improve their cardio fitness, drop dress/clothes sizes and their body shape changes, becoming leaner and gaining that "toned" look.   But on top of all that, we also have a mindset/psychology component that members get to experience.  At the end of our last round, our challengers reported having  21%-40% more body confidence, having 20-42% more energy, felt 20%-43% stronger and were 22%-57% happier with their current fitness level compared to how they felt about themselves on day 1.  


SO WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE CHALLENGE?
  1. Unlimited boot camps every week - we recommend aiming for at least 2-3 boot camp sessions each week to get the most out of the challenge, but if you can come to more, even better!  Here's the timetable of the boot camp sessions.
  2. 1 hour outdoor Group PT session each week on Thursday mornings just for challengers!  Here we bring the gym outdoors and use things like powerbags, sandbags, kettlebells, dumbells, medicine balls, bosu balance balls, battleropes and heaps more!
  3. Challenge Welcome Booklet and pre-challenge tasks
  4. Weekly mindset emails from Dietician / Nutritionist using the Non-Diet Approach (mindful eating) - optional, but highly recommended
  5. Before & After Fitness Testing, measurements, photos (optional)
  6. Goal setting task to map out how to be successful on this challenge & goal posts along the way so you can see that you're on track to hitting your goals
  7. Suggested Meal plan created by our sports nutritionist/dietician, recipe ideas and a How To guide to help you put it all together & create your own healthy meals
  8. Recipe competition mid-challenge
  9. Training planner so you can map out your success
  10. Private Facebook Group for Challengers only  
  11. Prizes for 1st & 2nd most improved announced at End of Challenge Awards Night

HOW MUCH IS THE CHALLENGE?

The challenge is $74.95 per week for 12 weeks.
This includes unlimited access to our boot camp sessions (valued $29.95 per week), a weekly 1 hour group PT session exclusive to challengers (valued at $55 per week), before & after fitness testing, measurements and photos, recipe ideas, nutrition plans (from registered sports nutritionist/dietician, the mindful eating program, all the challenge features & tools above, plus the most important bit - you'll get results as well as having bucket loads of fun!
