But they don't - they just change.

So instead of waiting for the right time....we built something that fits into your life right now.

LET'S BE HONEST....

Your days just aren't predictable right now.  

One nap changes, everything shifts.  A feed runs late....the whole plan's gone. 

Then it's swimming lessons, baby sensory classes, play dates...

And suddenly.....there's no space left for you.

Not because you don't care, but because nothing fits into the day.

So instead of trying to squeeze it into your day, you get it done first and the rest of the day is free for naps, feeds and everything else.

what is the village?

The village is simple:
  • A workout for you
  • An outing for your baby
  • 45 minutes only (not too long for bub and not too rushed for you)
  • Bring your baby / toddler / little one
  • Fresh air, movement, a chance to feel like yourself again
  • Post natal trainers who are mums themselves (and get it!)
And yes..... it totally counts as a playdate too!!

You can pause anytime during the session to feed, resettle, reset. 

Come as you are - messy buns will fit right in here!
