VILLAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS 
We like to keep everything simple, so here's the rundown!
​Your Village Mums & Bubs membership is not a contract so you’re never locked in – you always have the choice to suspend or cancel at any time, however as a courtesy, we just ask for some notice to make these changes.
CANCELLATIONS 
If you move house for example and have to cancel membership, we will of course be very sad to see you go! 
​But just so you know, there are NO cancellation fees.
Just give us 4 x week’s notice (via www.blitzfitaustralia.com.au, go to the Member’s tab, then Cancellations) and we can arrange.
SUSPENDING / PAUSING MEMBERSHIP
​We understand families travel and routines change through the year.
Memberships can be suspended with:
  • Minimum 2 weeks notice
  • Maximum 8 weeks suspension per calendar year
HOLIDAYS / TIME AWAY OPTIONS
Option 1: Keep your membership active while you’re away

If you'd like to keep momentum going while away, we can keep your membership running and upload personalised workouts into the Blitzfit app for you. You can choose how many home workouts each week you’d like and what (if any) equipment you’ll have to use while away so we can incorporate those into your workouts. 

A great option if you’d like structure while travelling and to keep momentum.

Option 2: Keep app access only

If you don’t need workouts but still want to use the app to:
  • track walks, runs or workouts
  • log body weight/body metrics
  • create and track your own gym or home workouts
  • save reps and weights used
  • keep yourself accountable

…you can keep app-only access for $5 per week.

Option 3: Full suspension

No app access, no workouts, no charges during the suspension period.
ATTENDANCE AND MISSED SESSIONS
​We know life with little ones can be unpredictable 💛

If your baby is unwell or something unexpected comes up, you’re absolutely welcome to make up your missed session at another time.
You can attend another Village session or any of our regular Blitzfit sessions when it suits you.
To keep things fair and manageable for everyone, missed sessions can be made up within 4 weeks.

We also ask that if your little one is unwell, you give them the time they need to fully recover before coming along, so we can keep everyone in the group as healthy as possible.

Our goal is to give you flexibility when you need it, while still helping you stay consistent week to week.

And on those weeks where getting to a session just doesn’t happen, you’ll always have access to the 5-minute Express Workouts in the app so you can still move in a way that works for you 💛
